Our fulfillment frameworks operate strictly under the rules defined in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery addresses. Once a package is transferred to a logistics carrier and assigned a tracking number, the route cannot be modified or canceled.
